Biography

IMHO (In My Humble Opinion) is the project of Simone Pisani, a drummer for sixteen years before crossing the electronic world in all its forms. With his band FSH he released four EPs and reached Sanremo Giovani 2016; in 2018 he left the group to pursue a career as a producer and DJ, joining the rosters of the Rome-based agencies Revolution Music Events and Soundgate and sharing the stage with international artists such as Zomboy, Zeds Dead, Kill The Noise and Sub Focus.

​His subsequent immersion into psytrance — with the Logic Answer agency, a performance at WAO Festival and a stage shared with Avalon — marked a fundamental chapter of his journey, still echoing in the project's early releases. Today IMHO presents his third EP, DOOMED: a work born from the need to tell the story of a past that keeps haunting him, forcing him to face a transformation. Death as a metaphor for rebirth is the message at the core of the record — letting go of the past in order to be reborn, exactly what the artist did by leaving psytrance to return to his original sound.
